New Engines For Pure Indulgence

Last week we made it happen.

After the 12mth refit of PI during the Covid lockdown, Team Troppo finally received the new, twin Yanmar 6LPSTP2 315hp engines just before Christmas. However, with our busy charter schedule it was not until last week that we had a chance to remove the old and instal the new. It was a tremendous succes, with the whole process taking just 5 days. A big thank you goes out to our Engineer Steve Hastings, our Boat Builder Peter Jnr Meredith, our Master Painter TJ Hill, Lorenzo Fepuleai, Vaughan Simpson and their teams for getting stuck in and making it happen. Sincere individual thanks also goes to Tautua, Olsen, Jack and Junior who worked day and night to ensure we were back in the drink and ready for our next charter. From Chez, Randy, Nori and I .. THANK YOU you are an AWESOME TEAM, we could could not have dreamt of a better result .. LETS GO FISHIN!
